Irwin....so many memories

This past weekend was a treasure! One I would like to do again...of course I say that alot in this itineration cycle!

We pastored a church from 1997-2000. We went to the church with all intentions of staying much longer. It was in 2000 that the National Headquarters asked if I would interview for the Missionettes Director spot so that is why we left Irwin.

Calvary Assembly has precious memories for us. Some painful. Some laughable. Some incredible. Some we'd love to experience again and some we would like to leave in the past! After only three years there we made life-long friends like you do every place I guess.

We arrived in town on Friday night very late. Saturday became a marathon for seeing everyone we wanted to see and we still missed some! There just wasn't enough time in the day!

We didn't get pictures of everyone we saw but those memories sure are in our minds and hearts.

When we left Irwin Renee was only 4 years old. Oh the years have passed. We were so delighted that Renee was able to break away from the college life to go with us this weekend. We really enjoyed hearing her play in the service on Sunday.
